Our ballroom gives you 4,500 square feet to work with — 20-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and enough room to seat 275 theater-style or 250 for a seated program. It's downtown Delray, two blocks off Atlantic Avenue, so when you break for lunch or wrap for the day, everything worth walking to is close. Full AV, fast Wi-Fi, and a coordinator who's run this room before — bring your headcount, we'll handle the setup.

Boardroom

Not every meeting needs a ballroom. The Tactic Room seats up to 15 around a real table — private, quiet, no one wandering through mid-presentation. It's built for the meetings where the work actually happens: strategy sessions, interviews, client pitches, quarterly reviews. Whiteboard, flip chart, and a screen that's already set up before you walk in. Downtown location means an easy walk to Atlantic Avenue for lunch, dinner, or a drink after you close.

The ballroom converts to a 250-person seated dinner or opens onto the Amenity Deck for a reception under the string lights. Catering runs from plated dinners to passed apps, and our team will build a menu around your budget, not the other way around. Indoors, outdoors, or both — we'll set it up so the room matches the moment.

Planning an event can be overwhelming, with so many details to consider and decisions to make. To help you navigate the process, we’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions.

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE

The hotel does not permit outside food and beverage in our event spaces, unless special arrangements are made with the Sales Department.

Exceptions include Catering for Religious reasons. Approval must be in writing from your Sales Manager at least 2 weeks in advance, in order to allow this. All vendors must be fully insured and you must provide the hotel a copy of the business’s Certificate of Insurance in order for them to enter the Hotel.

OUTDOOR EVENTS

A Rain-Back-Up space will automatically be reserved for all events scheduled to take place outdoors. The Hotel will make the final call 4 Hours prior

to the scheduled event start time if the weather prediction shows a 35% chance or higher of rain during your event.

PARKING

The hotel is happy to offer complimentary self parking for all events of 125 guests or less. Should you have more than 100 guests, Valet Parking will

be required in order to accommodate all of your guests. The Valet Parking is a third party company that is hired by the Hotel and the client is

responsible to cover the cost. The cost is estimated at $24 per vehicle, plus taxes and fees. The only exception to the Valet Parking rule is if at least

30% of your guests have made a reservation in the hotel.

VENDORS

We can provide a list of preferred vendors upon request. These vendors are highly recommended by the Hotel and have successfully executed events in our banquet space. Should you wish to choose a vendor not featured on this list, you are required to provide the Hotel with a copy of the business’s Certificate of Insurance or they will not be permitted to enter the hotel for your event. The Hotel will not be held responsible for any vendors booked that are not on this vendor list. Vendors are required to be fed during your event, their meals will be charged to you at a predetermined fixed rate.
