Is complimentary bus parking available?
Yes, the hotel can accommodate up to 4 buses in the complimentary parking area.
Are resort fees, parking, or Wi-Fi charges waived for groups?
Yes, the Hotel does not charge any resort fees. Complimentary high-speed WiFi and self-parking are included.
Do you accept tax-exempt status?
Yes, if the College or University is tax-exempt in the State of Florida, we will honor the exemption. A copy of the exemption is required to confirm this with the hotel.
When is the rooming list due, and can names be changed after submission?
Rooming lists are preferably provided 30 days in advance; however, the Hotel can accept them up until 21 days prior to arrival. All details may be updated as needed after the rooming list has been submitted.
Can all team rooms be blocked on the same floor or wing?
These requests can be handled on a case-by-case basis with your Sales Manager.
Is early check-in or late checkout possible on game days?
We will absolutely do our best to ensure all rooms are as close as possible.
Do you have private dining or banquet space for team meals?
Yes, we have 4,200 sq ft of private event spaces that may be rented.
Can you accommodate allergies, halal/kosher, vegetarian, and high-calorie athlete meal plans?
Yes, our Kitchen can accommodate all dietary needs.
May we bring in outside food, coolers, or team snacks?
In our event spaces, all food must be provided by the Hotel.
Do rooms have refrigerators and microwaves, or can they be requested?
All guestrooms come with a mini fridge. Microwaves are available upon request and are also located on each floor by the ice machine.
Are there laundry facilities on site?
Yes, we have 1 credit card-operated washer and dryer available for guest use.
Is there a secure storage room for equipment bags?
Yes, the hotel can securely store all bags complimentary.
