Featured Roles

We’re hiring for a variety of positions across departments, including:

  • Front Desk Agent: Be the face of Aloft, welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out experiences. Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service are a must.

  • Housekeeping Team: Help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and comfort for every guest. Positions include Room Attendant, Houseperson, and Executive Housekeeper.

  • Guest Services: Deliver exceptional service, handle guest inquiries, and promote hotel amenities to enhance every stay4.

  • Night Auditor: Oversee nightly operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and balance daily transactions.

  • Engineering & Maintenance: Keep our hotel running smoothly by addressing maintenance requests and ensuring a safe, inviting environment.

  • Food & Beverage: From bartenders to event staff, help create memorable experiences at our W XYZ bar and during special events.

What We Look For

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for all roles
